Residential property prices increased by 1.1% in 2nd quarter 2024
Neuchâtel, 5.8.2024 - The Swiss residential property price index (IMPI) rose in the 2nd quarter 2024 compared with the previous quarter by 1.1% and reached 117.5 points (4th quarter 2019 = 100). Compared with the same quarter of the previous year, inflation was 1.4%. These are some of the results from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
